Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk/white chocolate)
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Wash, dry, and dice strawberries into small pieces.
Mix strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup in a bowl.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip frozen yogurt clusters into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place back on the tray and sprinkle with sea salt if using.
Freeze again for 15–20 minutes, until chocolate is set.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
Notes
Use any yogurt you like—dairy-free versions work too.
For added crunch, stir in granola before freezing.
Let clusters sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for best texture.
