Ready in just minutes, it’s the ideal way to elevate salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, or even use as a dipping sauce. Fresh, vibrant, and healthy—this dressing brings sunshine to your table.
Ingredients
1 ripe mango (peeled and cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
1 small chili (red or green), deseeded and chopped (adjust to spice preference)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
Blend ingredients: Place mango, olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, honey, chili, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
Adjust texture: Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water until desired consistency is reached.
Taste & adjust: Add more lime juice for tanginess, honey for sweetness, or chili for heat.
Serve & store: Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt or coconut milk.
Use red chili flakes instead of fresh chili for a milder heat.
Works beautifully as a marinade for chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
